About Me

Hi, I’m Peter, a senior product manager and product builder who still occasionally breaks the product in unexpected ways.

Even after 7+ years launching and scaling 0-to-1 consumer, B2B, and Web3/Crypto platforms across APAC and the EU, I’m still often unsure which product trade-off is the right one. Most of the time, it’s an educated guess informed by data and observation. Sometimes, it’s just a gut call, and making these are often excruciating.

Now that AI has been bestowed upon us, I’ve been experimenting with AI tools and agentic workflows to speed up solution design, prototyping, and specs. They help me build and iterate faster, so that I can break things at a higher frequency, and make those excruciating calls at a density I never asked for. My gut hasn’t 10x-ed, but my pain tolerance has (maybe).

• Scaled to 10+ merchant venues in Taiwan, processing NT$200M+ worth of tournaments per month.

Prior · 2024–2026 · Senior Product Manager

Made DeFi yield easier to manage from your phone, without giving up custody. Ten EVM chains, 150+ protocols and 20+ tokens, all in one app.

• Designed and launched SuperIntent (DeFi yield management app) across iOS and Web platforms.
• Scaled SuperIntent from 0 to 200k users and integrated 150+ DeFi protocols across 10 EVM chains. The launch release on GlobeNewswire
• Launched a CEX-to-CEX cross-chain deposit solution, processing $12.5M+ within 6 months. The launch post on LinkedIn

TW/APAC/EU · 2019–2023 · Product Specialist → Global PM

Five titles in four-plus years, from local to regional to global. Across logistics, vendors and consumers, I’ve touched every layer of the delivery stack end to end, in some shape or form.

• Global: Expanded global pre-order capabilities, driving a ~10% volume uplift across APAC and EU markets.
• APAC: Implemented targeted anti-fraud controls in user onboarding and promo redemption, cutting GMV loss by ~0.5% across APAC.
• Taiwan:
  • Drove PCI DSS compliance and high-impact launches across vendor adtech and P2P delivery.
  • Designed grocery integration solution, cutting grocery order fail rate by 4% and picking time by 5 mins.
  • Oversaw and scaled vendor POS integration coverage to over 15% of all active merchant partners.
  • Spearheaded platform POS integration with 20+ vendor brands (2500+ outlets) solely.
  • Delivered rider cash-collection integration with local bank (CTBC) to increase fleet availability.

Education

Study · 2012–2016

I was pretty good at math and physics, got into a pretty good school, and found out I wasn’t. Electromagnetic Waves II: 3D wave equations, matrices, and more sin θ than I could integrate. Scary stuff.
